Southport Galleries is honored to present the photography exhibition “Reflections; the Faces of Tourette Syndrome” at a special opening reception on Sunday, September 17, 2017 featuring the work of Kristie Kistner, the winner of the Fairfield Museum and History Center’s annual Images competition.
Ms. Kistner specializes in family and portrait photography and, as a mother of two children with Tourette Syndrome, she specializes in powerful and deeply soulful images of her clients. Kristie uses photography to “give the viewer time to reflect on the subject without the distraction of tics to understand that they are no different than the rest of us.”
Southport Galleries looks forward to the opportunity to shine a light on the syndrome and invites the community to a special family reception on Sunday, September 17th, 2-4PM. The exhibition continues through September 30th. Southport Galleries, 330 Pequot Avenue, Southport, CT 203-292-6124, firstname.lastname@example.org
