Enid Hatton

Ms. Hatton is a career and award-winning artist.  She has a Masters degree in Medical and Biological Illustration from Johns Hopkins University, and studied at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena and at Boston College. She is a member and exhibitor at the NY Society of Illustrators and the Salmagundi Club, NYC.

In addition to her expertise in medical illustration, Enid is a widely recognized fine artist. She has trained under America’s greatest living artists in landscape, maritime art and portraiture. Her skills in figurative and landscape are the basis of awards from the Catherine Lorillard Wolfe Art Club and the Hilton Head Art League, to name a few.  She had a one-person retrospective of her medical and her fine art paintings at the Sarah Gillespie Gallery in Gulfport, Mississippi, and is represented by a growing list of prestigious US galleries.

In addition to her success in these artistic endeavors, Enid has recently been appointed to the U.S. Air Force Art Program by the office of the  Secretary of the Air Force.  She is one of a select group of artists chosen to serve her country by recording history in a visual and cultural body of work, an honor for which she is singularly proud.
